Project Maintenance

Luke has done a fantastic job on my new home. Always accommodating and very professional. Over the past 3 days he has: - installed a new toilet and shower - changed radiators - changed hinges on windows - Mended door brackets and handles - mended various plumbing taps and pipes Highly recommend Luke as he’s honest, experienced, versatile and shows you the work completed at the end. I’ve already booked him in again in early August for another job taking up laminate flooring in the house! Thanks again Luke and look forward to using you again in the future.  We recently employed Luke to carry out some challenging skirting board replacement for our lounge and kitchen diner that had recently had a wood floor laid throughout. Luke was very professional and prompt in carrying out the complete work within our limited time scale. He explained to us throughout what he was doing and made sure that we were happy with the work. We would not hesitate in employing Luke again to carry out future work in our house. We have also recommended him to our friends for work that they require to be done.  I had Luke to do my hall,stairs and landing and the end result was superb. He was very professional and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is finished to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Luke to anyone wanting that perfect finish. Luke and his team have redecorated 2 rooms in our home now, with a 3rd booked in. Luke and James recently transformed our bathroom. There were plenty of hidden delights, but nothing was too much hassle! Not only is the work finished to such a high standard, but the guys are easy to have in your home. They are reliable, friendly, and always tidying up after themselves. I can't recommend Project Maintenance enough 🥰. You will not regret booking in with them!

Luke & his colleague put up some large mirrors and shelves for us around the house after we had some trouble fitting them ourselves. Really professional and friendly service, we’d definitely recommend Project Maintenance and we look forward to having them back for other projects. Thank you!

The service we experienced from Luke start to finish was brilliant. Luke was easy to contact and happy to help us. We are so pleased with his work on our bathroom, he laid new Lino flooring, re-sealed around our bath, installed a new front bath panel and a couple extra bits to ensure a neat finish. We are so pleased! Would highly recommend Luke and his team!

Fabulous!!! Luke did a complete refit of our girls bathroom for us over a period of days. Thankfully he was not phased by any of the gotchas thrown at him by working on a twenty year old Barret house with down pipes that sloped up and sink units that fitted against a sloping stair well. A great friendly person to have in your home working and always happy to chat about what he is doing and how, so long as gets a cup of tea each time! The results of his hard work are outstanding and brought a tear to the wife's eye at the big reveal. If you are looking for a reliable, thorough craftsman with an eye for details and that "it will be done right" attitude then Luke's your man. We are already planning his next visit to do our en-suite in the new year. Thank you Luke!

Luke and Thomas completely renovated one bathroom and another shower room for us. All old fixtures and fittings removed and replaced with new , both rooms retiled, wall and floor , new radiators fitted with electric mirrors in both rooms . Completely transformed two dated bathrooms to look completely amazing , modern and very stylish . Very Professional job from start to finish , i highly recommend Project Maintenance to anyone , and i have already booked them to come back and retile my kitchen . Many thanks Luke for a fabulous job.
